Pay-As-You-Go Prepaid Wireless Minutes

Visit our store to refill your account. The in-store minimum refill is $5 and can be made with credit card, cash or money order. When you activate your phone, you will receive a Prepaid Wireless account card that serves as your ID when you wish to refill your account.
 
Instant Refill - Refill on the run

There are three simple ways to keep the minutes coming with Instant Refill. Simply set up your account with your credit card or bank account information, then choose one of three refill options. Instant Refills automatically debit your credit card or checking account on a monthly or balance-driven basis. Instant Refills must be a minimum of $5.00.

1. 1-888-4EZ-FILL: Make a free call to 1-888-4EZ-FILL to set up Instant Refill using your credit/debit card or bank draft information. Credit/debit card set up is immediate; bank draft set up is completed via mail.

2. Retail Store: Visit our Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge locations (or any U.S. Cellular retail location) to set up Instant Refill using your credit/debit card or bank draft information.

3. Customer Service: Set-up Instant Refill using your checking account through customer service. Call 611, always a free call to customer service, on your Prepaid Wireless phone to have the necessary forms mailed to you. Once you mail in the form your account will be set-up within 6 weeks.

Select one of three types of Instant Refill payment:
 
    * Monthly AutoFill - You select which day of the month you would like your account refilled. Your refill is automatically processed on that day every month for the amount you determine.

    * Balance AutoFill - Your refill is automatically processed, for the amount you request, whenever your balance falls below $5. With the balance-driven Instant Refills, you don't have to worry about making refills at all, because your account will never fall below $5.

    * Anytime Instant Refill - All Instant Refill customers can refill with just one call. Dial #369 on your cell phone and follow the prompts to complete your refill.
